The Frozen Coconut Breaded Shrimp that Always Fresh Fish uses is made by a company whom we insist prepare and package our coconut shrimp under strict HACCP guidelines.

Our Coconut Breaded Shrimp are large and average 21/25 shrimp to the pound. This Coconut Shrimp is the same product that we sell to all our wholesale restaurant accounts on the New Jersey Shore.

Cooking Instructions:
Bake: preheat oven 400* F arrange Coconut Shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet so shrimp are not touching. bake 11 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. For best results turn shrimp over after 6 minutes
Deep Fry: 350* for 3 minutes or until golden brown. drain on absorbent paper before serving
Pan Fry: in skillet heat 1/2" cooking oil to 350*F fry Coconut Shrimp for 3 minutes turning frequently. do to differences in appliances cooking time may vary and require adjustment
